Dorothy lives and operates her printsPLUS studio in Maleny, in the beautiful Sunshine coast Hinterland of Queensland,
She has exhibited widely in both solo and group exhibitions and her artwork is represented in private and public collections throughout Australia and Internationally.
Following a long career in Education Dorothy returned to personal scholarship, graduating with a BVA with distinction from USQ in 2008, studied Museum and Gallery Studies at Postgraduate level with the University of Queensland and was awarded a Masters Degree in Visual Arts Practice by the University of Tasmania, Launceston in 2011. In 2013 she was also awarded a Master of Cultural Heritage from Monash University in Melbourne.
In addition to a busy art practice Dorothy is actively involved in several local, state and national professional arts and heritage groups and enjoys regular overseas travel pursuing these interests.
Dorothy lives in North Maleny with her husband Peter and has two adult daughters.
