CERAMICS
I am a ceramic artist based in Maleny, Queensland. Originally from Chile, I create hand-built ceramics inspired by nature, botanical forms, the ocean and imagined worlds. Through sculptural forms, layered glazes and vibrant colour, my work explores the space between nature and imagination.
MEDIA
My work includes both functional and sculptural ceramics, although sculptural work is where my passion truly lies. I love the freedom it gives me to explore shape, form and storytelling. One of my favourite parts of the process is experimenting with glazes, layering colours and textures to create depth, movement and unexpected surfaces. I am especially drawn to bright, joyful palettes balanced with earthy tones, using glaze to bring each piece to life.

Creativity has always been at the heart of who I am. Growing up in Chile, I was surrounded by art through my mother, an artist who encouraged me to explore freely and create with my hands. Before becoming a ceramic artist, I studied graphic design, a background that continues to influence my eye for composition, colour and form.
Inspired by the natural world and a love of imagination, my work sits somewhere between nature and fantasy, where botanical forms, ocean life and organic shapes evolve into sculptural pieces.
Experimenting with glazes is one of my greatest passions. I love layering colours and textures to create depth and movement, and I am especially drawn to vibrant palettes balanced with earthy tones. For me, each piece is an opportunity to explore, allowing the making process to guide the final result.
