Colleen is an artist from the Sunshine Coast who paints with a deep love for nature, people and storytelling, exploring colour, form, and atmosphere through contemporary mixed‑media and sculptural mediums

MEDIA

Colleen works in many media creating two- and three-dimensional works. Most recently her sculptural works have been in clay, many of which have then been poured in bronze. Colleen also creates large sculptures in ciment fondue. Her works are inspired by sketches from life drawing as well as the visual diaries from her many travels. These are translated into artworks using collage and mixed media exploring subjects and developing stories using rich colours and textures.
