I have been a casual hobby potter for over 30 years but recently retired and now have time to dedicate on creating things with clay. My passion is creating functional ware and pottery you can use on the wheel.
I have recently been experimenting with making new glaze combinations and decorating by carving and using decals. My first pottery wheel throwing lesson was when I was in my mid 20’s and from then on I was hooked on making things in clay. My passion is wheel throwing and making functional pottery you can use as well as dabbling in hand-building making totems, chimes and garden items.
My home studio is set up to offer small group classes (3-5 people) in both wheel and hand-building for beginners, intermediate and advanced.
