Art lovers, weekend explorers, and curious creatives, get ready for a visual feast right in the heart of Buderim. The Sunshine Coast Art Group (SCArt), member of ACI, proudly presents the first-ever Brush, Body & Clay exhibition, a dazzling new event showcasing the talent, imagination, and spirit of local artists.

A dazzling selection of art, sculpture and ceramic homewares will be on display at the inaugural Brush, Body & Clay exhibition, Saturday 30 and Sunday 31 August at Buderim War Memorial Hall. Attendees can go in the draw to win one of two People’s Choice prizes worth $100 each by voting for their favourite piece up until 1.30pm Sunday.

At this exciting new event, members of the Sunshine Coast Art Group (SCArt) will showcase and sell their finest work while competing for over 10 prizes, including prestigious Penketh Art Prizes, made possible through a bequest from one of the longest serving painting group members, Sylvia Penketh. Additional prizes are proudly supported by the Sunshine Coast Art and Framing Gallery.

The exhibition will feature work across a range of mediums, from bold brushwork to delicate sculpture and beautifully crafted ceramic homewares, celebrating the rich creativity and craftsmanship of local artists.

There will be Live Music on Saturday evening from 5 – 7pm and refreshments will be served.
