A hands-on immersive journey through the creative process.

All skill levels welcome

Ever wondered what travels through the mind of an artist as they work and experiment with found materials?
Ever thought ‘How on Earth did she think of that?’

This giant hat box filled with, 10’s of thousands of tea bag tags is awaiting our attention. Join me on a collaborative adventure as we turn this jumbled collection of paper and thread into a collaborative installation artwork.

Formulating a vision, planning, overcoming doubt and just getting started will all be covered. Along the way we will learn and share new skills, learn how to generate ideas, employ problem-solving strategies and discover tricks of the trade.

This workshop is about enjoying the process. Stay a few hours or spend the entire day, take breaks to explore the sculpture exhibition and artist talks throughout the day.

All skill levels welcome. All materials supplied. I will also bring along a few of my sculptural pieces created using this medium.
