Flowers from Kaos workshop

In this lesson, we explore how creativity can help us process chaos and find clarity. Through intuitive layering, we built up to a “chaos layer” and then refine it, mirroring how we navigate uncertainty in life and finding the flowers in the process. This lesson encourages decision-making, playfulness, and letting go of perfection. Using mixed media techniques, we embrace spontaneity, allowing each layer to evolve naturally. This practice serves as both creative expression and self-care, reminding us that every piece is part of the journey—and that we can always begin again.
