This workshop is an environmentally friendly, Covid safe introduction to beeswax. Discover the processes from hive to pure wax.

Explore a variety of ways to manage, blend and apply this beautiful medium.

This hands-on, beginner level workshop will guided you through the step-by-step process of making your very own beeswax wraps. A wonderfully natural alternative to plastic wrap, these colourful covers look pretty fun in your fridge or lunchbox. Develop the confidence to make your own at home or refresh some of the ones you already have.

In this non-threatening introduction to studio workshops there is no pressure or expectation to create. You will however take a seat at the table in a fully operational studio space and it’s hard not to be inspired in this environment.

All materials are provided. Group sizes are small and each participant will take home their own handmade wraps.

This is not an encaustic hot/cold wax or fine art activity but rather an introduction to studio workshops. Come and discover what other environmentally friendly and creative adventures are available.
