MIXED MEDIA, PAINTING, SCULPTURE
I am a mixed media artist and sculptor living in Noosa Heads, Queensland. I was a Speech Pathologist for many years and also trained in NLP and EFT. I am currently training as a Rapid Transformational Therapist (RTT) in order to use coaching within my art business. When I turned 50 I decided to follow my creative dreams. This wonderful journey over a number of years is now leading me to open my own workshop/gallery. My plan is to paint bigger and create larger-scale ceramic works with increasing scope for solo exhibitions.

More About Me
My primarily figurative works aim to evoke emotions and create conversations about the journey of women in our current society. I want women to be heard and empowered to follow their own path. My work and messaging continue to evolve across mediums. The use of layering and symbols relating to self-actualisation and spirituality are paramount to me. Hand built ceramic pieces are assembled with recycled and upcycled items and colourfully painted and glazed. My mixed media pieces contain secret messaging and symbols. My originals also include a Haiku poem on the back of the finished artwork.
I have also developed a range of commercial art products including prints, prints on canvas, gift cards, art label scarves, a writing & creative journal as well as The Art of BEING inspirational cards.
In recent years I have entered art competitions and won prizes for my ceramic works. I have also been in a number of art exhibitions and am regularly involved in the very successful Noosa Open Studios arts trail
