More About Me
Ink runs through my veins. I have always loved printing, from potato prints to commercial printing and graphic design, to creating my own artwork. After 30 years in graphic design, advertising, and marketing, I realized I missed the hands-on approach to printmaking.
The digital age significantly reduced printed materials, so I built a web development and marketing business, which I ran for nearly 15 years. But my heart stayed with print. I moved to Maleny from Brisbane in 2009, pursuing my passions for printmaking and teaching.
Reduction linocut printing is my specialty, where I can spend weeks carving and printing. I also explore monoprinting, etching, cyanotype, letterpress, printmaking on clay, mokohanga, screenprinting, and eco-printing.
