Expressions of interest are encouraged for a vacant position within Arts Connect Inc. for an Exhibitions Organiser. We need an Exhibitions Organiser if we are to continue with our program of exhibitions.
The role is voluntary, and requires the person to be able to organise and liaise. It is not necessary to be an artist, though liking art and artists would help!
Training and support is available for the role, which includes identifying potential exhibition spaces and facilitating two exhibitions a year.
The role reports to the Arts Connect Inc. committee, and includes liaising with artists, venue/gallery owners and managers, marketing and advertising.
