With at least one arts workshop a month, Sculpture On The Edge, and Open Studios Sunshine Coast, ACI provides great opportunities to expand your arts practice or to push yourself to create award winning work.
So utilise our resources and be part of our exhibitions, showcasing your work to the public and gaining exposure for your work. Or just join us socially and network with like minded creatives at our social functions. You never know who you might meet and where it might take you. Of course keep in touch with everything going on with our monthly newsletter, and use this resource to let everyone know about your art exhibitions or workshops.
In 2020 it’s time to get creative, and stop procrastinating (yes, this mean you as well Richard). If you need help kick starting your journey, I strongly recommend “The War of Art : Break Through the Blocks and Win Your Inner Creative Battles” by Steven Pressfield. (Get it here.) It’s a great read and will certainly encourage you to overcome your creative blocks. Let Arts Connect Inc be part of your journey. My goal? I will have a series of paintings by the end of 2020, and a gallery to show the work in as a solo exhibition in the first half of 2021. Hold me to it!
